1. Introduction

Welcome to Plenix Network. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms establish the legal rights and obligations between Plenix Network ("we", "our", "Plenix") and you ("user", "client").

2. Description of Service

Plenix Network is a provider of hosting solutions and services for video game communities. We offer infrastructure and support for the creation and management of online gaming communities.

3. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms of Service will be resolved in the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.

4. Payment Policy

We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Payments are made in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as indicated in the contracted plan. If payment is not received before the due date, the service will be suspended the day after the due date, and the client will have 7 days to make the payment. If payment is not made within that period, the service will be permanently canceled, and all information stored on the server will be deleted.

5. Automatic Renewal of Service

The service will automatically renew unless the client cancels the renewal before the due date. If automatic renewal is not canceled, the charge will be processed and will not be refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must use Plenix Network's services exclusively for lawful purposes. The following is prohibited:

• - Disclosing or transmitting illegal, abusive, defamatory, racist, offensive, or any other content that may be considered objectionable.
• - Publishing, transmitting, or distributing any software that contains viruses or other harmful components, as well as material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• - Using our services for hacking, cracking, or any activity that we consider inappropriate.

Any breach of these responsibilities may result in the immediate suspension of the service without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Plenix Network respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. All rights, titles, and interests in the content provided by Plenix Network, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Plenix or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

The use of our services is at your own risk. Plenix Network is not responsible for direct, indirect, financial, or moral damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We offer 24/7 technical support through our ticketing system, Discord or email.

12. Service Cancellation

The client may cancel the service at any time by notifying Plenix Network at least 7 business days in advance. Plenix reserves the right to deny or cancel services in the event of a breach of these Terms of Service.

13. Data Loss

Plenix Network is not responsible for data loss on the server caused by the user, system failures, or updates. It is the user's responsibility to maintain backups of their information.
